Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are provided through quotes or service agreements.

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed payment methods.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

Remove fragile or valuable items from cleaning areas.

Inform us of any hazardous conditions or materials present.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with your property, Veloz Go Cleaning LLC is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or wear to items or surfaces

Loss or damage to items not properly secured or disclosed prior to service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.
